Do you take walk-ins?

Yes we do. 

But it is always best to call ahead to ensure an appointment time is available for you.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 48 hours notice for cancellation of your scheduled services in order to avoid a late cancellation fee. Clients canceling with less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of the services reserved in order to continue booking services at Beyond Nails LLC Salon.


We are a busy salon with clients requesting appointments and we do our best to accommodate everybody. If you are unable to make your appointment or will be late, please let us know by phone or through our booking app. We do not accept cancellations by email.

Can I bring my dog?

We love your puppers and other friendly animals but, we are a salon for people, not puppers, so you will have to leave your furry friend at home when you visit us.


While we wish we didn’t have to discriminate against the better species, it is against health standards to have them in our treatment rooms and areas where services are being held. We also have to respect our clients, who may not be as comfortable around animals as we are.


*Service animals are an exception, however please let us know in advance so we can make proper arrangements.

Do you have parking?

Yes, we have plenty of parking right outside our door.


We have a couple of spots on the side of the building. If you drive around to the back of the building you will see plenty of parking spaces available.


And of course there is ample parking along the street.

How do you ensure cleanliness in your procedures?

Cleanliness is a top priority at our salon.


We diligently practice the State of Wisconsin’s regulations and guidelines for safety and sanitation. All equipment is sanitized and our specialists are trained in safety procedures.

Are your nail and lash technicians certified?

All nail and lash technicians are certified not only by the state of Wisconsin’s licensing requirements but also with some of the products we use in the salon.

Will I be comfortable during your services?

We know that you are interested in more than just stylish fingers and toes. You want to be pampered and enjoy a relaxing spa experience from the moment you enter our salon. We ensure your experience is enjoyable and you leave feeling revitalized and… dare we say, beautiful.
